1st Line Composites, Inc. was founded in 1998 as a part of a joint venture with the polymer division of Ciba Chemical.  The project involved taking high strength epoxies and combining them with ceramics, urethanes, neoprene, anodizes quartz and other materials to form a rather remarkable group of repair compounds and protective coatings.
